This was originally planned to be an entry to an OC contest for a local comic book here that's "making noise in the metro".. It is due this year around 2months(?) to go.. I decided not to continue.. I dunno why.. Lack of motivation I guess..

Origin: Rumors say he's once a leader of a now defunct legislative council. But with his unknown skills, he was betrayed by the country he's devoted his life into.

His extradition lead to chaos and experimentation that made him what he is now - a mutant.

is the maestro of gravity & levitation.

Can achieve various things due to manipulation of gravity.

the one behind political conspiracies and black propagandas that occurred during & after the historical fully automated election in the Philippines.
